Pass Stock
The Pass stock control software system will suit any size of business. Its various versions allow instant access to data with respect to the amount of goods in and out, stock movement and stock levels. The professional version of the software is a complete monitoring system suitable for a single site while the enterprise edition has all the features of the professional version but is enhanced for multiple site businesses.
Some of the features of the system are: it allows you to enter orders and gives warning if stock levels are running low, it also allows multiple listings of stock by location to make the whole process of picking more efficient. When dispatching items a packing list can be created with your company logo on it alongside packing labels ready for dispatch.
It also provides a system for stock take analysis. A barcode terminal is used to scan the barcodes and you then simply enter in the quality. Variance reports are then produced showing you what should be there and what actually is. The System enables tracking of individual items such as products with serial numbers or containers such as roll cages both on and off site.
The barcode terminal can either be portable or fixed depending on the application. Barcode label printing is embedded in the system so that any serial number or item id number can be printed simply by selecting its product code from a drop down list on the screen.
The four levels of the Stock software package are Stock Shop, Stock Plus Edition, Stock Professional Edition and Stock Enterprise Edition.
Pass Tracker
The Pass tracker software is a simple yet powerful tool to keep track of any type of company property such as office equipment, software licences, factory machines, office files, document archive boxes, healty and safety equipment such as fire extinguishers or burglar alarms.
It also takes care of the maintenance recording, loans and returns, building inspections and repairs as well as the tracking, locating and identifying of all the organisations property.
The System enables you to retrieve files from an archive and store new ones with a barcode tracking system that uses your own references. The system includes barcode label printing and the logging of the storage location using location barcodes which link to the barcodes on the file.
All the initial setup is done automatically so that a reel of barcodes are produced from your file references as well as a reel of location codes which can be setup by you or generated by the system.
